Return / Exchange Policy
- All returns and exchanges should be made within 14 days from the delivery date.
- For returns, the amount will go back to the same card the payment was made with.
- For exchanges, you need to contact us before sending the product, select a new item, pay the variance (if any), return the product to us, and we will deliver the new item to your address.
- For any faulty item, please email us with a picture of the full product and the defective area, and we will take care of you as promised.
- For any return or exchange (Except faulty items), return delivery will be charged to the user.
- Please note: Washed garments or used items are not subject to return or exchange.
